The Charter Arms Starter Pistol Pro (82090) is built for track and field starting duties and uses a 209 primer ignition system to produce the starter charge. The bright orange frame is intended to clearly indicate a starter pistol rather than a firearm, while the exposed spur hammer and 6-round cylinder make it ready for repeated starts.
